We currently have an exciting opportunity for a very experienced Chef Manager to manage one of our high profile B&I sites based in Edinburgh. The Chef Manager must have excellent craft skills, be creative, passionate and love offering good food and excellent customer service with the assistance of a motivated team.

Package description
  • Up to £25,000
  • Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week

Main responsibilities

The Chef Manager will work to our exceptional high standards, catering for high volumes per day offering a breakfast and lunch service all from fresh produce. They will support the team in the delivery of excellent customer service, food quality and operational excellence. The Chef Manager will be proactive in driving sales forward and meeting targets whilst maintaining a strong relationship with the client onsite.
