A new job opportunity for an enthusiastic, and creative, Front End Developer to join a global group of companies on a permanent basis in their Bristol office. They are experiencing growth and are investing in their digital presence across a wide range of brands. The job offers excellent scope to make your mark as a Front Developer liaising with senior developers, other areas of the business and clients as part of their new in-house Development & Design team.
Your new role
You will be part of a driven, hands on and talented Digital Marketing, Development and Design team. The web development has very recently been brought in-house and the team is growing. You'll support the Team Lead on developing new websites and enhancing and improving existing products, to enable the business to keep growing its client base and to drive revenue. Your work supports the business in maintaining their lead in a range of highly competitive and fast paced markets, providing the best possible products in collaboration with the wider digital marketing and design team. You'll be developing web pages utilising storyboards and layouts from the design team, ensuring the brand is maintained. You will help to guide more junior team members and will also be required to communicate and liaise with other areas of the business, senior colleagues as well as with clients.
