Team Leader - Cortonwood
Being a great Team Leader means being a great role model. You’ll give amazing customer service and show everyone how it’s done. Helping customers, encouraging staff, keeping everything ship-shape and smart - there’s plenty to think about in our stores. In fact, you’ll ensure the full service selling model is adhered to - right through to closing the sale. To make sure the team has everything covered, you’ll provide top notch support, coaching and guidance. You’ll allocate staff to the right places at the right times and make sure every customer is being served. To drive sales, you’ll give regular feedback on performance to your team and deliver training and coaching on sales behaviours, product knowledge and much more.
If you’re looking for your 1st step into a management role, or to build on skills you already have in place, this is a great way to start. You need to be keen and willing to learn - but if you’ve got that drive, there’s no telling how far you could go. The important thing is that you’re great with people and a natural at sales. With pep talks and coaching, you’ll inspire your team to boost profits and knock customers’ socks off every day. An interest in footwear and fashion will of course be an advantage.
