An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Advisor to join the largest multiple award winning, independent bathroom retailer in the UK. Based in Romford, the successful Sales Advisor will earn £20,857 with OTE £26,000 to £30,000 uncapped (inclusive of £2k London weighting)

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day sales operations. You will provide an outstanding, professional shopping experience to all customers and will make sales both face to face and over the telephone in-line with your quarterly KPI’s/Targets. Working as part of a sales team alongside the Assistant Manager and the Showroom Manager, the main duties of the Sales Advisor include but are not limited to:

- Achieve in-store and phone KPI’s/Targets by up-selling and cross selling
- Deliver world class customer service and ensure that customers have a great shopping experience to support us in our ‘crazy goal’ of being recommended by everyone
- Greet all customers and give advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Deal with customer complaints with the support of your management team
- Answer queries from customers both in store and over the phone

The successful Sales Advisor will have previous experience in a similar role. It’s not essential that you have Bathroom retail experience but you should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales. In addition, you will also possess the following skills and qualities:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Driven to reach targets
- Excellent product knowledge
- Organised and able to manage well under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- A team player and capable of working on your own initiative
- Smart appearance and confident
- Articulate, friendly and engaging
