This key position is a great opportunity for a Shopping Centre professional who is looking for that next step within their career. The role will up all operational aspects of delivery for the scheme including: -
- Full financial budget / service charge management
- Relationship management with all retailers, key stakeholders and wider town partners
- Maximising the opportunities within the scheme through community engagement, promotion and marketing
- Operational leadership and contract management for all services
- Work to promote the scheme and engage with new tenants
- Ensure overall site compliance in all areas
This is a great opportunity to be the "face of the scheme" and drive success in all areas. Candidates must hold Shopping Centre Management / operation experience.
