My client is leading in the fast-paced world of social and mobile gaming, blending science and art and producing highly engaging games with millions of players worldwide. Due to growth and success they are looking to hire a CRM Manager.
The CRM Manager will manage the life cycle from customer engagement, monetization, retention, and ultimately to better understand the customer’s life time value. The CRM Manager will be based in their Central London Office, and will be responsible for assisting with establishing the entire global strategy around CRM, player interaction, and retention. They will work with the central CRM Team to come up with global promotional activities, and deliver global CRM activities through all stages from concept to delivery.
The CRM Manager will also work closely with the Product and Analytics Team, using data driven advice on how and when to implement new features that will improve game performance.

At least 1 year of experience in a relevant industry (social gaming, gambling, social casino, F2P)
Lead on-going segmentation of the customer base in the lifecycle stage to identify insights and target customer segments with specific campaigns
Strong experience of implementing, driving and managing complex multi-channel campaigns.
Reporting and analytical skills, with an understanding and appreciation of data analytics
Experience managing retention channels (emails, push notifications)
Experience of running A/B Tests
Degree educated in a numerate discipline (Science, Maths, Economics, Business)
Experience in social casino, gambling or gaming is essential
