IT Support Analyst - Central London. The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a Global energy firm, in their search for a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst to join their growing team. Headquartered in the heart of Central London, you'll be providing deskside support to your local colleagues and on occasion, remote support via telephone and email, globally.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable expertise providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Windows environment. Working within a small IT team means you'll need to be proactive and hardworking with a 'can do' attitude as you'll to be the first point of contact for any IT related issue. You are expected to have a solid grounding in Windows OS, Office 365 and Active Directory, while any experience with Windows Servers and networking would be advantageous to your application.

Our client is a growing organisation, employing circa 40 people from their London office - with this in mind, you should be approachable, able to communicate at all levels and have a broad technical skill set. This role would suit a personable, self-motivated technologist who is looking for a hands-on IT support role where they will gain exposure to VMware and SANs.
