A Temporary Purchase Ledger job based in Chesterfield for min. 6 weeks paying c.£16,000
Your new company
Based in Chesterfield, this leading Manufacturing company are looking for Purchase Ledger support on a temporary basis. You will be part of a larger organisation and central to the finance team already in place.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the overall purchase ledger process. This is a fast paced, high volume role and will involve:
- Processing purchase invoices,
- Invoice coding, matching and batching,
- Dealing with supplier queries,
- Processing payment runs,
- Setting up new suppliers on to the system.
You will also support the payroll and credit control functions and help with other financial administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have strong experience within the finance function, specifically in Purchase Ledger responsibilities. Furthermore you should have experience working at a fast pace and with high volumes.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary equivalent of £16,000 calculated on an hourly basis.
