IT Support Analyst 2nd Line
We are looking to recruit a technical IT Support Analyst within a diverse technical role (£22,000 - £26,000).
Your new company
We are a highly regarded provider of medical services and world class research who are undertaking a large scale programme of business change to support our growing user base. We are investing heavily in our IT department and have a number of very exciting technical projects scheduled for the next two years. To support our projects and growth going forward, we are now looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join our team.
Your new role
As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you will enjoy providing friendly technical and customer support to our diverse user base, solving technical problems efficiently and getting involved in the successful delivery of infrastructure rojects. As our IT environment changes, you will grow your expertise by learning new technologies and taking on extra responsibility.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will utilise your previous experience in a similar IT Support role. You will have technical experience supporting and maintaining Windows 7 & Office 10, Active Directory, MS Exchange. Previous experience of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS or WINS will help you greatly in your role and any exposure to Windows Server will place you at a distinct advantage.
