Our client are a fast growing retail business.
As part of their growing online team the Online Business Analyst will be responsible for heading up the analysis, document management and requirements gathering within the Development team.
The role will operate specifically within the online function, focusing on the road map of programmes and initiatives underpinning growth, working alongside the development team, 3rd parties, and internal test and support teams to deliver for the Online strategy.
Ability to demonstrate stakeholder management and effective communication skills
Has worked in an eCommerce / fast paced retail environment
Experienced in eCommerce sites launch events
Expertise with data driven and CRM projects or mobile / other digital customer channeled projects
Competency and appreciation of the bricks and mortar environment
