A specialist technology solutions provider in Dorset are searching for a 1st Line Support Technician to provide remote Helpdesk Technical Support to clients across the South assisting with their communication systems. This award-winning and long established technology solutions provider are experiencing continuous growth and expect to unveil some remarkable developments over the next financial year.
Your new role
You will be providing technical support following procedures in accordance with SLAs and KPIs on the Helpdesk team. Primarily, you will be supporting the software packages that have been developed in-house and will be supporting the communication systems remotely.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have a background in technical support / software support / 1st Line Support and will also have an understanding of Windows OS and how to troubleshoot software/hardware issues. You will be good at building relationships and will have excellent customer communication skills.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary package up to £21,000 which includes an excellent benefits package.
