About the Company
A digital/outdoor communication business. With offices located in London and in Europe, they have a fully resourced in-house team managing all aspects of the business, from commercial partnerships to building installations.

Objective of Role
To grow the company's asset base through the acquisition of sustainable and commercially sound new building contracts

Reporting to the Asset Development Director, this is a sales focussed role involving lead generation and conversion of both incoming and created opportunities for screen installation together with the company product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
Clients and Asset Growth
Full understanding of the company communications and proposition enabling effective presentation to clients
Identify key prospects which will create required asset growth
Create and execute strategy for approaching clients and for successful conversion to sale
Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential prospects at all times Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels including those at Landlords, managing agents and facilities management
Understand Client business, objectives and internal processes
Ensure proposals are directed at key influencers
Liaise with Asset Development Director to ensure all proposals meet the terms of the Acquisition Calculator
Produce compelling proposals for clients which include reference to their requirements and appropriate company products
Ensure that all data including on-going meeting updates are fully captured on the CRM system
Achieve commitment and sign up of clients to installation
Liaise with Operations Manager to oversee successful installation process and to ensure that client expectations are met
Work with Client Relationship Manager to ensure effective on-going management of the Asset Register and with Finance to ensure full understanding of fee payment terms.
Create a robust database of all key contacts. Share with marketing to ensure that all communications and collateral are received by appropriate personnel
Suggest any other initiatives which may increase effective processes and client benefits
Obtain membership for any appropriate industry bodies
Attend appropriate events to increase understanding of office sector initiatives, challenges and hot topics
