First class customer service is at the heart of all our shops, we want our customers to enjoy visiting, our volunteers to be proud and our donors to be appreciated. This role will play an integral part in ensuring this is the case in our Malmesbury branch.
As our shops fundraise for our Hospice Care, it's vital that they are performing at their best. We are looking for a dedicated individual with the passion and energy necessary to maintain these high standards.
Your working week will be 16 hours.

- Good standard of general education including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- Retail experience
- Good interpersonal skills, Empathetic approach to donors
- Customer focussed, Able to work on own initiative
- Hands on approach, Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility/adaptability in working hours
- Charity Shop experience
- Managerial / Decision making
- Working with Volunteers
