In light of the organisations growth plans and challenging change agenda required to support these plans, my client is looking for an experienced Mortgage Originations Project Manage join our Mortgage systems team based in Essex

The candidate must have a background in Mortgage originations. They will be expected to provide support the existing team with Project Management and Business Analysis of our clients Loan origination system (DPR), which was implemented in 2012. There is an ambitious programme of planned enhancements to the system and the role will also be responsible for undertaking Smoke Test management until to cover a Regulatory enhancement.

The purpose of this role is to provide increased capacity and support over the term of the contract. You must be able to understand and identify business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture, analyse and document requirements and then support the business, the communication and delivery of those requirements through the implementation process, including liaising with external suppliers to ensure the proposed solution meets requirements.

Knowledge Requirements

Detailed knowledge of the project lifecycle and a variety of project approaches is essential.
Expert to Intermediate knowledge of the mortgage originations process is desirable.
Intermediate to basic knowledge of mortgage third party interactions such as solicitors is desirable.

Required Qualifications/Certifications

GCSE or O-Level qualifications in both Maths and English are essential
BCS/ISEB Business Analysis diploma level is desirable
Prince 2 foundation/practitioner or PMI is desirable
