WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

  • Windows OS
  • Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Working to company SLA's

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…..

  • ITIL
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Academics in IT
