Client Relationship Manager - Duties & Accountabilities:

  • Create and execute a business development strategy for agreed Accounts that will generate significant new business wins
  • Grow revenues and margin
  • Work with marketing to develop marketing initiatives to support business development strategy
  • Maintain a three times target pipeline throughout the fiscal year
  • When required engage with Global Accounts team to ensure consistent delivery of sales strategy
  • Acquire new accounts, to ensure utilisation of the technology benefits of whilst in-turn maximizing the revenue and profit opportunity

Client Relationship Manager - Key Proficiencies:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of tactical and strategic selling to enterprise end user customers both over the phone and most importantly face to face (50-60% of this role will be customer facing and will involve nationwide and some global travel).

You will be intelligent, have good technical understanding of your product set and a strong sense of urgency across all aspects of the sale cycle. In addition you will also possess good enterprise B2B sales experience (mid-sized enterprise upwards) along with hardware or software sales experience.
