Salary in the region of £22,000 - £25,000 DOE plus benefits

Our client is an Award Winning Group who help independent traders be successful in the retail market by distributing quality and competitive food. The ethos of the organisation is to help and support communities across the UK by helping these traders make a difference in their local community.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated EPOS Trainer to deliver class room style and/or one to one training to internal staff and customers. Although based in Scunthorpe the successful candidate would be required to travel throughout the UK, as and when required. To be successful they would also need to be flexible with working hours.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes and experience to be suitable for the role

Minimum of 2 years` experience in delivering software training

Ability to create and deliver training sessions to a range of audiences

Production of training materials and user guides

Basic grounding of MS Office packages

Experience of producing video tutorials (experience of Camtasia would be desirable)

Organise and conduct system overview and training sessions to customers and internal staff

EPOS experience would be beneficial

Full, clean UK driving licence as travel to various sites will be required

Ability to manage own workload, identifying areas where improvement is needed and training would be beneficial

Ability to maintain and update written training materials including documentation and online wiki-style articles

Produce high-quality videos for explanation, tips and new features

Proactively keep up to date with changes to software and ability to plan training schedules ahead of upcoming releases

Maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role and deal with staff at all levels of the business, along with external contacts, in respect of work undertaken
