Customer Service and Sales Advisor - MON-FRI JOB!
£7.50+benefits+bonuses, NO WEEKEND, IMMEDIATE STARTS
Early finish on Fridays, Full time, Permanent contract

About the Role

You will be working for one of the world leader in customer experience outsourcing. As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you will contact existing customers, calling back WARM LEADS to assess their needs and give them a helping hand by finding the best matching product whilst you will deliver an excellent customer service. Absolutely NO COLD CALLING involved!


Achieving and exceeding KPI targets through sales and up-selling

Delivering outstanding customer service

Answering queries from customers

Giving advice on product selection to customers

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Customer service/ customer care experience, this could be face-to-face or call centre environment so we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality or call centre environment however full training will be provided. This sounds like a career path for people like shifting from retail!

Ability to create excellent rapport with your customers, excellent communication and listening skills

Experience to working in a fast-paced environment

A hunger for sales, and a drive to meet targets

The Package

Salary starts from £7.50ph and you will earn bonuses on top, commission structure is achievable also UNCAPPED and this company offers excellent benefits
