PORTER / OFFICE ASSISTANT

Our client, a family run silver jewellers based in Mayfair currently has a new opening for a Porter / Office Assistant to come in and provide a five star service.

Your duties are varied and no two days are the same:

Duties will include - general duties reporting into the Administration Manager.

Messenger to post office, couriers, banks, clients, suppliers, etc.

Cleaning silver - training will be given on this.

Packaging goods for dispatch in the UK and Abroad.

General maintenance duties.

Cleaning of showroom.

Moving stock into the vaults daily.

Attending fairs both in the UK and Abroad - ensuring stock is deliverd to the fair and set up correctly.

You will be dealing with high profile clients, therefore a very high level of service is expected. You will have impeccable dress sense as well as excellent communication skills.

As there is some lifting in this role you will need to medically fit to lift goods.

Excellent team player and able to manage your own workload.

Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm with some flexibility when required.

Previous relevant experience is essential for this postion.
