Test and Support Engineers
Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a Test and Support Engineer to join their force of technical warriors. Your role will be to deal with the delivery of a number of important client projects and allow you to learn and master a number of new skills along the way.
The Test and Support Engineer will be:
Working closely with development team to understand the company’s technology and executing tests and fault identification.
Testing mobile applications on Android and iOS handsets and tablets and web server components.
Managing support queries through their lifecycle using a bug tracking system and working closely with the engineering team to resolve problems. (This may involve participation in the delivery of enhancements and fixes, so some knowledge and experience of software development will be of particular interest).
Providing first line technical support for customers
Handling day-to-day issues arising with customers via e-mail and telephone.
