1st Line Support / Helpdesk Support / IT Support / Service Desk Analyst sought by an international Software company based in Reading, Berkshire.

As the 1st Line Support you will be supporting both the internal infrastructure and external clients, prioritising issues and escalating them where needed. You will join a close-knit team within a company committed to providing first class customer service to its clients.
