Your new job as Marketing Executive

Working as part of the marketing team, this fixed term contract opportunity will provide the successful applicant with a multitude of exposure to manufacturing marketing encompassing event management, digital marketing and PR. Primary Areas of Accountability

  • Create opportunities across the product brand

  • Communicating the full range of solutions to achieve market leadership

  • Management and execution of marketing plans in the relevant market sectors

  • Assist in the development of communication strategies

  • Develop and execute communications plans in conjunction for example, exhibitions, advertisements, literature, direct mail, website development, social media management, product launches, conferences, golf days, overseas incentives, events, videos, press launches and CPD presentation development

  • Work closely with the relevant sales team when implementing strategies and communicate return on investment

  • Organise and manage of events across the UK including exhibitions, awards, trade days and client events

  • Manage the brand identities both online & offline communication

  • Working closely with external agencies in design work for the various brands

  • Contribute to website content for all the brands of the business ensuring compliance

  • Ensuring that website content is up to date Attend marketing meetings - take minutes and circulate actions where appropriate

  • Organise monthly reports

  • Research press cuttings and related media exposure supporting the PR and Communications plan

  • Ensure all brand images, documents, brochures, videos and marketing collateral are available on the website

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ideally educated to Degree level in a Marketing discipline

  • Experience of B2B and B2C Marketing

  • Previous experience working in a technical environment

  • A thorough understanding and application of the Marketing Mix

  • Experience of digital marketing

  • Ability to organise and run client events

  • Ability to deliver projects

  • Strong use of Microsoft Office in particular PowerPoint

  • Confident in presenting ideas and proposals to clients using Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Full driving license and happy to travel to events and other UK offices

What package you can expect to receive

  • Salary £22,000 - £25,000
