IT Training Team Leader

Permanent - London - £43,000

Huntress is working in partnership with one of the worlds top housing/property companies based in London. With such vast growth and business transformation expected to last until 2020 they are expanding their business systems training team, with a team leader. You will analyse the need, create training curriculums and lead a team of 3 training analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build stakeholder relationships in consultation with the business, by attending team meetings, understanding future business objectives/requirements
  2. Technical Zone Lead for the training academy
  3. Assist in the development of the IT training strategy
  4. Manage the training lifecycle by delivering high quality e-learning solutions using a blend of learning tools and delivery methods
  5. Train and coach new and existing employees as required
  6. Experience in a similar role: managing and planning/resourcing training, ideally in a technical environment
  1. Responsible for team KPI's including reporting on user adoption and ROI
  2. Oversee the implementation of projects & support the team in the delivery of business systems training
  3. Available to travel to other UK offices when required

Required knowedge

  • Experience working within professional project methodologies
  • Have a strong technical understanding around training systems (e.g. Cornerstone).
  • Have a keen eye to spot training gaps or skill shortages within a business
  • Have experience creating training plans for new system implementations
  • Be dynamic, flexible and understand what is required to deliver professional training at a particularly busy transformation period within a corporate company.
