Sage 200 Support Analyst / Support Consultant for a company that has built a superb reputation in the Sage market over 2 decades - to £28k plus excellent benefits based in Leeds.

Our client has been providing Sage Support, Implementation and Project Management services for over 20 years and is widely regarded as one of the top 3 Sage Partners in the UK. They are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service, and to always exceeding client expectations and are continually looking for ways in which they can help clients get more value from their business applications.

Your role will involve providing 1st line Sage 200 support to customers regarding issues and requests,
troubleshooting and resolving problems, logging and documenting Sage 200 issues and escalating them where necessary.

They are looking for a Support Consultant with strong Sage 200 experience, good problem solving, time management and organisational skills and exceptional levels of customer service. There will be opportunities to work with other Sage solutions including Sage ERP X3, as well as on-going training to certification.
