Leading international software house who are going through rapid growth are looking for a strong customer support professional to join the ranks

Key Skills
- Experience in a customer focused role
- Proven Customer Service or Customer Support experience
- Experience in understanding escalations and priority levels
- Technically minded and able to work in an IT focused environment

Desirable
- To have a keen interest or prior qualification within IT
- Customer Service qualification

My client are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer interation and delivering engagements at a high level. Building last relationships they are looking for this customer support analyst to be the first engagement for there key customers within a high pressured industry. You will be required to deal with issues and queries over the phone, email and/or deal with online support.

You will be supporting the organisations key clients fundamentally being that key point of contact dealing with initial responses, logging the calls methodically and if able, provide suitable resolutions.
With over 800 companies to deal with you will be pinnacle to this organisation ensuring that relationships are kept and customer service is delivered to a high standard.
