As Senior Customer Insights Analyst your focus is on driving customer growth and engagement through a combination of marketing channels.

You will be responsible for supporting the business with a wide variety of customer and content insights including streaming, conversion and retention analyses.

Key Skills:

-Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and communicate results back to a business audience
-Excellent data manipulation skills. SAS required.
-Experience of advanced modelling techniques (e.g. regression, segmentation)
-Strong statistical skills
-This position will suit a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst or Business Analyst that has specifically worked with marketing data and has experience with SAS and/or Tableau and data manipulation

For this role we require:

-Educated to degree level in a numerical discipline
-Experienced with SAS or SQL and working with relational databases
-Experienced at analytical data manipulation on large marketing databases
-Excellent Excel skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines
-Experience with Tableau or other dashboard tool
-Statistical modeling techniques
