Our client, a luxury provider of Co-working and private office space across Europe, is seeking to recruit 2 x Account Managers for their London based offices.
Duties will include dealing with incoming telephone enquiries, having product knowledge and being up to date on industry news, asking qualifying questions in order to obtain information, handling objections, discussing pricing and locations, competitor analysis, booking client viewings, liaising with various departments, providing exceptional customer service at all times, using the in-house company database and other general sales administration.
Candidates will have previous account management, sales, customer service or business development skills and experience. You will have exposure to providing a 5 star service and be willing to go the extra mile.
