Working in an exciting new retail outlet you will maximise sales, achieve sales targets and maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting, serving and advising customers to the highest level

  • Operating the till and handling cash and card transactions

  • Cashing up and banking on a daily basis

  • Running and implementing store merchandising guidelines

  • Achieving sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

  • Opening and closing the store

  • Ensuring product displays and shop floor are maintained to a high level

  • Receiving and unpacking deliveries to replenish the shop floor/stock room

  • Office administration and ensuring phones are covered at all times

Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous managerial experience within the retail sector is essential

  • Confident and enthusiastic personality

  • Good communication skills at all levels

  • Strong customer service skills

  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

  • Good MS Office skills particularly Excel

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

  • Ability to work shifts including weekends as required
