Sales Account Manager - Ringwood

Candidate Criteria:

* MTA - IT Infrastructure, CompTIA A+

* Outside sales experience with selling relevant services and products.

* Possess a track record of managing the customer commitment, negotiation, and closing of the sales process.

* Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships.

Job Role:

·Establish annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the company’s business plan.

·Provide an annual sales plan and provide monthly updates to the management team.

·Develop opportunities in target markets with support of Marketing.

·Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers.

·Provide specialist advice on the products and services offered.

·Attend local Business Networking meetings to develop relationships with local business leaders.

·Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

·Coordinate sales and marketing operations with all other departments of the company.

·Work with active customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands.

·Cross-selling and up-selling services and solutions to existing accounts.
