3rd Line Helpdesk Engineer

Devizes / Full Time Permanent / IRO of £30,000 per annum

Our client is an established provider in the IT industry who is looking for an 3rd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join their existing team.You will be providing IT support to a large number of clients. This a busy and varied role where you will be resolving queries in accordance with agreed SLA's.

  • You will configure & install computer systems
  • Diagnose and solve escalated queries.
  • Project work for new customers which requires 3rd Line support.
  • You will also be running maintenance checks of computer systems and networks to ensure reliable and efficient systems.
  • Investigate, implement and maintain network infrastructure components and systems
  • Check/Manage IT hardware estate (servers, switches, desktops, laptops) are all operating efficiently & effectively
  • Check/Manage IT software estate has the latest, relevant, patches installed.

As you will be visiting client sites it is paramount that you hold a valid driving licence. A CRB check will also be completed prior to any successful start.
