Role Profile:

We our recruiting for an Account Manager to join our Client Engagement Team; the role will have an account management focus whilst also working in partnership with our Business Development team to drive sales.

Package:

The salary banding for this particular role is £18,000 - £22,000 + OTE up to £25,000, combined with a quarterly rewards bonus structure, and annual bonus structure that is subject to individual and business performance.

The Client Engagement Team:

The Client Engagement Team are dedicated Liftshare Champions, with a continuous focus on our mission to solve transport poverty by ensuring that everyone has someone to share a car with. Through continued growth and day-to-day engagement with our clients, we continue to enhance our ability to effectively support our clients in achieving their goals of mass behavioural change.

Our role is to support both new and existing clients, to strengthen our relationships and work in partnership on achieving the objectives of their Liftshare scheme. Whether an organisation is looking to improve:

  • Car-park management
  • Access to employment
  • Local congestion
  • CSR reporting
  • Health and well-being

We help our clients maximise the potential of their Liftshare products to achieve results that are beneficial to both the organisation and their employees (our members).

What we are looking for:

A highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a strong, proven track record in successfully nurturing and growing your own client portfolio. You will manage and strengthen the relationship between Liftshare and it’s portfolio of clients to maximise long-term revenue opportunities as well as build relationships with new clients. This role requires dedication, enthusiasm and the desire to succeed. Liftshare believes that to build effective, long-term relationships it is essential to meet with clients on a regular basis to understand their business needs and requirements.

Key Skill Set:

  • A background in account management and development in a B2B environment
  • An understanding of client value, retention and growth
  • Able to work in partnership with new and existing clients to understand the individual objectives of their business
  • A team player with the ability to work in partnership with colleagues and seek ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency and generate new ideas

Hours of Work:

This is a full-time permanent role based at Liftshare HQ, in which standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm.

Please note that the role will involve looking after a regional client base all over the U.K., with travel that can include overnight stays. We endeavour to practice what we preach in using the most sustainable mode of transport, which can often be the train to enable us to work. There are however some clients that are only accessible via car, meaning a full U.K. driving licence is required within this particular role.
