As part of a close knit supportive team your day to day role will involve taking 1st line support calls from customers to obtain full details of their issue so that you are able to fault find and recommend solutions or perform immediate fixes. You will manage your own workload to ensure a high level of service is provided to customers, that they are dealt with in order of priority and have regular updates. This role also includes liaison with other teams in the business to gain advice on customers needs and refer to specialist areas.
There is a rotating shift pattern where you will be working the following hours.
If you have a background in IT support or an IT based qualification, along with Customer Service experience then this could be the role for you. There is on site parking and the office is within easy walking distance of the train station.
