They now seek a motivated and dynamic Technical Trainer to provide exceptional customer service and support to their clients and end users, assisting in the resolution of all product related issues and queries.

Based in Malvern, Worcestershire, our client seeks a professional, knowledgeable and reliable Technical Trainer who will demonstrate empathy, patience and technical knowledge when delivering accurate product training to a varied audience, assisting and encouraging end users until they are fully conversant in the use of the device. The clear communication of instructions and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels will be key. The successful candidate will be happy to travel extensively and deliver training programs to clients across England and Wales.
This is a new, influential role that will suit a bright, organised and efficient individual who has previous experience in the delivery of training. Your ability to develop strong relationships and focus on the customer experience will be a real advantage, as will your IT knowledge, especially in relation to Mobile Apps technology.
You must possess the ability to learn and relay technical information, have excellent communication and presentation skills and have the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders and co-workers at all levels.
Not only will you benefit from an excellent remuneration package of £28,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience), plus car allowance and benefits, you will also receive detailed training on both the products and the sector in which you will be working.
