We are looking for a Floor Manager for a brand new flagship store with a well known premium brand. They are looking for someone experienced in managing a large team and the client would consider Assistant Managers of smaller stores for this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment with a global brand.

Main responsibilities of this role will include:

- Working closely with the Department Managers and senior store Management team to ensure the successful running of the store whilst increasing turnover and ensuring excellent customer service
- Ensuring the sales team achieve KPI’s and all areas are performing positively
- Coaching and motivating sales team to meet targets
- Performance management
- Co-ordinating your own team and targets in line with store objectives
- Lead by example by having a vision in store and through exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership and communication in daily briefings and meetings
- Managing personal customer service and selling
- Making commercial decisions and overseeing visual merchandising
- Driving retail and operational standards in line with senior store management teams objectives
- Being aware of trade reports, competitor analysis and fashion trends

Person requirements:

- Experience of being an Assistant Manager or Floor Manager of at least £3 million+ turnover store
- A strong awareness and understanding of the competition
- A knowledge of all store processes including; payroll controls, stock loss, office controls and general expenditure
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to predict and plan for future challenges and business growth opportunities
- Strong influencing skills to challenge the business processes and procedures
- Ability to translate data and information effectively in order to identify trends and improve sales and commercial practices within the store
- Flexible to work late nights and early starts when required
