We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Lead Installation Manager for our Client based across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a re-fresh of the cloud environment to a new platform across 1000 secure sites with over 140,000 end users. Leading a team of approximately 10 Installation Managers across the country, all applicants must be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the management and delivery of the rollout lifecycle for all aspects of deployment
- Ensuring escalations regarding deployment, project delivery and technical issues are resolved by utilizing the relevant support teams
- Coordinating with other departments, rollout groups and third party delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of the lifecycle delivery
- Ensuring all reports on rollout status are completed and distributed on time with the correct level of detail
- Using feedback from Implementation teams to create continuous improvement processes
- Act as a single point of contact for all Installation Managers and their sites under your responsibility
- Report to the Project Manager and Key Stakeholders on delivery of migration against scheduled milestones

Desirable Experience:
- Strong background in Project Management within an IT environment
- Experience in implementation of IT Projects

Desirable Qualifications:
- Relevant ICT qualifications
- Customer Service qualifications
- GCSE A*-C in Maths and English or equivalent

Due to the business needs of this role the successful candidate must have existing security clearance or be able to attain security clearance. If applicants do not currently have security clearance they must have photographic ID in the form of a passport or driving license, that is in date and reflects the applicants current address. Proof of address would also be required in the form of 2 bills dated within the last 3 months.
