Service Delivery Manager/Service Manager - ITIL/Service Improvement/3rd Party/Supplier Management

One of our top tier professional services companies in Central London is seeking a pragmatic and confident Service Delivery Manager to join their team, this role will require an individual who has a lot of experience managing 3rd party vendors, as the majority of the departments are outsourced.

Responsibilities

  • Management of all support functions within the business
  • Responsible for service management
  • Third party review meetings, service improvements and feedback on the end user experience
  • Communicate with an array of stakeholders
  • Champion best practice for the support functions
  • Produce reports based on performance

Key requirements:

  • Previous management experience
  • Passion for Service Improvement
  • Previous experience of managing 3rd parties and/or suppliers is essential
  • Previous team lead experience of managing virtual teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Identify new measures/processes that can improve operational efficiency
