System Desk Lead

Your new company
You will be working for one of UK's leading advertising firms based out of their office in Woking. As part of an international conglomerate this company currently advertises in over 70,000 different locations across the UK and is always pushing to dominate the market further.
Your new role
You will be managing the 1st and 2nd Line Support team and desk-side support for the company's +800 internal users. You will be working alongside the Service Delivery manager to support the team and complete tasks and projects assigned to you. Leading and supporting the day-to-day service activities you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the IT Service Desk.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an excellent communicator with two years of Team Leader experience in the 1st /2nd Line Technical support role. You will have demonstrable experience with Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange in your previous roles and be looking to work in a hands on busy work environment. Possessing strong organisational skills will be essential in order to manage the daily workload of your team as well as yourself.
