Food & Beverage Manager
40 hours per week - Working 5 days out of 7
•In charge of service for breakfast lunch and evening meal, lunches can be in either our modern foundry restaurant or within our conference
•Manage the day to day operation of the F&B department. Managing staff rotas, delegating tasks information meetings, training & development
•Engage the F&B team to promote sales opportunities to maximise sales revenues and exceed budgeted sales targets
•Ensure compliance with Brand standards
•Ensure the correct handling/recording of all F&B sales
•Act as Senior Manager/Duty Manager within the operation
•Responsible for controlling F&B stocks
With exceptional eye to detail it’s likely you’ll have a proven background within a high level branded hospitality hotel environment, ideally within a similar food and beverage managerial or supervisory role. You must be commercially aware as you will be responsible for the costs and achieving sales targets for F&B.
Your communication skills will be excellent with the ability and confidence to build strong working relationships at all levels of the business.
In addition to this you will also need to be highly organised with great attention to detail and demonstrate proven experience in the day to day management of a highly visible team.
