NRG are currently recruiting for a CRM Coordinator for a prestigious establishment based in Newcastle.
The role is a 4 month fixed term contract and you will be responsible for the following:
·Support the Faculty or Service Management Team by coordinating and contributing to the provision of professional expertise and support ensuring that the service provides high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
·Organise, plan and prioritise own work activities, and the work of others where appropriate, to contribute to the achievement of Service objectives and professional standards.
·Respond positively to feedback by proactively reviewing processes, procedures and practices to ensure that the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders are met.
·Contribute to the development of a collaborative, collegiate and inclusive culture, by sharing information and good practice with others.
·Work co-operatively and maintain effective relationships with others, internally and externally to the company as appropriate to own area of responsibility.
·Develop and maintain a specialist knowledge of own area of responsibility.
·Demonstrate a flexible attitude to change to support the University to meet existing and future needs.
·Be responsible for supporting the CRM Manager with governance and best practice of CRM across the business
·Manage system performance and issue resolution
·Manage telecentre delivery working with the CRM manager and CRM Support.
·Support CRM stakeholder forums
·Support CRM forums across marketing and key areas within the organisation
·Provide advice and consultancy as required
·Work with relevant suppliers to deliver value for money and effective and efficient service
Salary: £27,038 pro rata.
