Our Client, a well-respected, prestige main car dealership, have an opportunity for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR to work in their busy dealership based in the Croydon area.
You will be the first point of contact for the service department and as such you need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation.
You will require excellent organisational skills, confidence and be computer literate as all systems are computer based.
You will book customers vehicles in to the service department explaining the repair process building strong customer relations and delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.
Your hours will be full time Monday to Friday with a Saturday included on a rota basis.
