MAC IT Internal Support - Birmingham - £19k - GREAT COMPANY

My client is a multi-million pound global organization, who have an extremely cool environment to work within. They have given out company bonuses for the last 7 years at 10% of salary. With a company growth rate at 600%.

1st line IT Help desk /Support Technician working within a busy environment supporting up to 200 staff with day-to-day IT support.

Main responsibilities
* Apple Mac OSX /windows desktop support
* Account creation Windows Server 2008
* Troubleshooting DHCP,DNS
* Troubleshooting WIFI
* Monitoring network usage
* Updating the asset database
* Troubleshoot printer issues
* Updating Telephone systems VOIP
* Troubleshooting Audio visual in conference rooms
* Updating the Helpdesk ticket system

Person Attributes
* Experience in working with Apple Mac OSX knowledge/Windows Server 2008 /image and deployment/understanding of networks/Email/VPN/FTP
* Strong communication and customer facing skills
* Ability to manage administration and documentation required in the role
* Positive 'can do' attitude
* Team player
* Credited Apple IT certification (desirable)

The role will offer the opportunity to develop IT skills on a global level, working alongside An extended IT team in L.A, New York, Frankfurt, London and Shanghai.

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
10% company bonus (performance based)
