Project Manager

£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

A globally known investment company based in North London is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their rapidly growing team. You will be joining a fast-moving product focussed organisation who are continually looking at broadening & developing their organisation and product suite. They require an experienced Project Manager who can demonstrate a highly organised and proactive mind-set through leadership, stakeholder management and effective communication.


  • Deliver business Line projects of medium to high complexity
  • Create and monitor detailed project plans, flag potential delays to the Project Leader and drive/follow-up for resolution
  • Manage project budgets
  • Deliver in accordance with governance and methodology requirements
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies. Recommend and drive mitigation actions
  • Hold people accountable to deliver to agreed schedule
  • Provide timely and clear updates on the project status


  • Strong leadership attributes
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Experience of working in Agile environments
  • Proven track record in delivering IT projects in the Financial Services sector
  • Ability to readily assimilate information to gain understanding of the project subject matter
  • Ability to develop suitable project plans and identify/manage the related dependencies, risks and issues
  • Excellent knowledge of change management processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to develop high quality materials showing project progress / status
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Project
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Team Foundation Server would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of current development technologies


  • £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
