We are working with a Global SaaS Company who have had a huge amount of demand for their product in the EMEA region resulting in them opening their first offices in Berkshire UK to work alongside their Australian and US based teams.

This is an exciting opportunity not just to join a Global SaaS Vendor but also be part of their UK adventure as you will be an important part of shaping their UK Tech Support Team and Culture.

Position Overview

This position will see you join my clients EMEA Technical Support team. You will be responsible for taking on tricky technical challenges and have to use your complex IT troubleshooting skills to help their customer and partners find possible solutions.

There is no technical ceiling on this opportunity as you will own cases from initial pick up to all the way up to working with their development team. You will join a team of passionate trouble-shooters who love to take on complex technical issues, share knowledge with peers and who go above and beyond for our customers!

My client wants Engineers who are passionate about troubleshooting and get a kick out of solving complex issues and are keen to expand upon their technical and softer support skills. They also want to find techy’s who are collaborative, agile and love to be challenged!

Required Skills

  • Experience working in a Technical Support or Systems Administrator based role, where you have gained strong IT troubleshooting skills!
  • Have both excellent verbal and written French and English Language skills
  • Has a problem solver mentality and has a passion for solving tricky and complex IT issues.
  • Has strong organisation skills where you able to manage multiple technical cases at once and have the ability to think quickly on your feet in a fast paced and dynamic environment!
  • Experience working on multiple platforms such as Windows, Linux or Mac OSX
  • Experience working with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
  • Experience working with MSSQL or PowerShell would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Can show extraordinary Customer Care skills where you go above and beyond to fix their technical issue
  • Has a desire to be challenged in what you do and is keen to knowledge share and help build your own/the team’s skills further.
