Job Title: Collections Agents
Salary: £16,000 - £19,000 plus bonus and benefits dependent on experience
Job Type: Full time - Monday - Sunday between 07:30-20:30 on a rota basis
The company is looking to build their Collections Customer Service Agent team as part of their multi-award winning Finance Company, dedicated to providing highly-ethical car finance assistance to hard working people who are denied access to mainstream credit.

As a Collections Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for managing the relationship with customers from the inception of their finance agreement through to its conclusion whilst being committed to delivering first class customer service and treating our customers fairly.
These are great roles for highly motivated and ambitious people who are comfortable working in a challenging and varied role in an inbound & outbound call centre environment. You will be handling customer queries, payment plans and managing arrears whilst discussing payment options and delivering a high standard of service in a consistently professional, courteous and solution focused manner and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and company policy at all times.
You will need to have a confident telephone manner and be used to managing inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre. Although they will provide training you should have good general understanding of the FCA's Treating Customers Fairly requirements and ideally they would like you to come from an FCA regulated business.
Their best candidates will need to be able to demonstrate that they can remain calm under pressure and be patient and polite to our customers. They are looking for people with great problem solving and negotiation skills, who can manage their own time understanding what are the priorities. On a practical level you should also be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
