My client is a leading professional services organisation with offices throughout the UK and

Internationally. Together, we are actively seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to join the Bristol team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mailroom duties
  • General housekeeping
  • Stationary management
  • Monitor security systems and issue access cards
  • Management of office moves/relocations
  • Hands on maintenance when required
  • Log work orders and run reports on contractor performance
  • Assist with Health & Safety compliance
  • General Admin - including, weekly reports, filing and photocopying.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in Facilities Management, ideally with previous experience of working within a Facilities environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the a 'hands on' attitude.
