They work to Agile best practice in a Kanban environment. Development is carried out using Pair Programming, Test Automation, DevOps and Test-Driven Development. They are continually improving their processes and looking for better ways to do things.
Throughout the year, they hold a number of innovation days working in multi-functional teams, with a bit of competitive spirit, to try to solve their customers' problems by learning and trialling new technology.

They have an international portfolio of market leading products that spans Western Europe, North America, China, Singapore, Australia and beyond.
Who is the brand?
It is a brand within the organisation and is an award-winning online product developed specifically for HR professionals. Established in the UK in 2002, it was voted online product of the year in 2004 and has quickly established itself as the leading online resource for all HR information needs. In 2011, it launched in the Netherlands and the following year, in the US, and they have already won several industry awards including best website and best new launch.
It helps companies build successful workforces by providing easy access to comprehensive resources enabling HR people to remain legally compliant, follow good practice, benchmark salaries and mitigate risk. It is a fast evolving product and has an exciting roadmap for expanding into new areas.
As part of the wider group, it offers small company agility with the support of being part of a global powerhouse and network.
What's it like to work there?
Outstanding, what sets them apart from the crowd is their culture. They're a company who understands the importance of looking after their staff - these days, particularly in and around London, there are far too many companies who expect their employees to deliver 'whatever the cost' and so often they meet candidates who are tired of long hours and continual high stress for precious little thanks or recognition.
They're a fast paced but supportive company where the emphasis is firmly on personal and career development balanced with flexible working hours. Their people are their greatest assets, they are passionate, driven and friendly. In fact, it is their people and culture which makes people stay...and they know this because they asked them.
And what about your career?
Career development is a big thing for our client and they take their personal development process very seriously. A custom training plan will be created for you involving internal and external training to ensure that you continue to grow.
