Job Title Sales Manager
Salary Up to £26,000 + Vehicle + Commission structure
-Being responsible for the sales growth of the company through the management of new and existing relationships
-Business to Business Sales in companies with a small or medium fleet size
-Travelling to surrounding areas to generate new business
-70/30% division of being on the road vs. in the office
With a proven record of delivering exceptional results through innovative thinking, the ideal candidate will have a motivated and determined approach towards hitting set targets and be comfortable when negotiating new contracts. The candidate should also be able to display experience of selling B2B within a competitive market.
A background in the motor trade is desirable but not essential.
You will need to have excellent IT skills, ability to work with spreadsheet and excellent communication and data-entry skills.
