Our client is a well established full-service Digital Agency and Software Development Company based in the West End of London. They also have recently opened a second office in Barcelona and are rapidly expanding, They are an innovative company who are currently 35 strong and they develop bespoke LAMP -based web applications for some truly enviable clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Applications Support Programmer who wants to be part of this companies ambitious growth plans. You will be joining a successful team and will experience a thriving culture in the digital and creative hub of the London Tech Scene. They have a state of the art games room which includes pool table, table tennis and endless amounts of Pizza, Chocolate, Fruit and Beer. They even take their staff on annual trips abroad.

They are looking for two Application Support programmers. This will be an exciting and hands-on role. The team supports all levels of bespoke web-based software applications that they have developed. You should have extensive experience working on multiple web based applications within LAMP with a desire to work within a Software support environment.

* Monitoring the Helpdesk for new / updated support tickets
? Prioritising support issues across multiple client requests
? Understanding the nature, severity and impact of support tickets and enquiries
? Troubleshooting to replicate or verify the reported issues
? Gaining a clear understanding of our bespoke applications at a business and technical
level, including configuration & environment.
? Making coding changes and facilitating bug fixes; QA and testing of all software changes
before any code is released; managing software releases
? Constantly managing clients' expectations with regards to the progress of issues
? Escalation to development teams if issues cannot be resolved within the Support team
