Who will you be working for?
An award winning and marketing leading technology company, situated in the heart of Norwich. This company have gone from strength to strength since they were established nearly 10 years ago. They are market leaders in their field and pride themselves on being customer focused. They are pioneers in the development of software for their industry and continue to exceed all expectations.

What will you be doing?
You will be leading an existing team of software testers and will be responsible for managing the testing activity within a development team that utilises Agile-driven development. You will test and regression test all software and design and write test plans. Alongside this you will be responsible for planning, designing and executing test scenarios and identifying and logging defects.

Who are you?
You will be a quality driven professional, with an analytical mind and experience working within a similar role. You will be confident in leading a team of software testers and have a background in leading, mentoring and developing team members. You will be experienced in working in an Agile environment and have experience of unit testing frameworks (experience with automated test tools would be advantageous). It would be beneficial for your to be either ISTQB or ISEB certified with experience within the insurance industry although this is not essential. As vital as your technical ability is your clear communication skills, strong organisational and problem solving skills.
