Software Support Analyst

A bespoke software solution company based in Eastleigh is looking for a Software Support Analyst to join their growing team.

This role will suit someone ideally from a Software support or Application support background, who has a logical approach to software issues and problem solving.

The Software Support Analyst will ideally have the following skills and experience:

  • Technical customer service / software support experience
  • Hands on experience with MS Office applications and Microsoft SQL
  • Experience in working in a busy support desk in a customer focused environment
  • Supporting external customer in a Service Level Agreement based environment
  • Awareness of customer satisfaction and the importance of customer service

The successful Software Support Analyst will be required to:

  • Log, diagnosis and resolve 1st -3rd line support issues
  • Respond to customer's queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot technical support issues via phone or email
  • Escalate issues in line with company's Service Level Agreements

This role is paying a salary of £27,500 per annum plus a bonus scheme and pension.
